Q1: What ingredients go into Super Smelly products?

At Super Smelly, we care about what touches your body – spray or balm. Instead of damaging chemicals, our personal care products are oozing with the nourishing essence of ingredients like witch hazel, tea tree oil, charcoal and Aloe-Vera etc.

Q2: I have sensitive skin. Is it safe for me to use Super Smelly products?

All our products are chemical and toxin free and are plant or naturally occurring ingredients based. Hence, they are generally safe for all skin types. However, if you have a history of sensitive skin or allergic reactions, please test the product on a small patch of skin around your wrist for 2-3 days to observe any reactions that may be caused, before you decide to commence regular usage.

Q3: Are there any preservatives in Super Smelly products?

YES! We have preservatives in Super Smelly and even those are 100% toxin free. It is important to have preservatives to extend a product’s shelf life which prevent the growth of harmful microorganism and protect products from spoilage or contamination. We do not use harmful preservatives and when selecting preservatives, we do adhere the other safety steps and use naturally derived food grade preservatives only.

Q4: Since Super Smelly products are naturally-derived, what is their shelf life?

The shelf life of our products is based upon their specific formulation, but typically ranges between 2-3 years. The packaging of your product will, therefore, have the specific expiry date for that formulation/batch. Having said that, we recommend that you use your Super Smelly products within 6 months of opening the packaging.

Q5: Are Super Smelly products tested on animals?

NO! Rest assured knowing that Super Smelly products have never been tested on animals.

Q6: Are Super Smelly products certified to be safe?

YES! Not only are Super Smelly products naturally derived, they have also been certified safe by ‘Safe Cosmetics Australia’, ‘MADESAFE’ and ‘International Fragrance Association (IFRA)’.

Q7: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Q8: Do you offer Cash-on-delivery?

Yes! We do offer Cash-on-delivery (COD) option for our products!

Q9: Is COD available everywhere?

Unfortunately, no! While cash-on-delivery (COD) is available across most parts of India, there are, however, certain ZIP/Postal codes where our logistics partners currently do not offer this service. To know whether or not your order is eligible for COD, simply enter your ZIP/Postal Code on the check-out page.

Q10: Are there any additional shipping charges?

Super Smelly provides FREE shipping for all orders above Rs 425 in India. A shipping charge of Rs. 60 is payable only on orders below Rs. 425.

Q11: What if my order is undelivered?

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to your account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.

Q12: How do I cancel my order?

At Super Smelly, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, if the orders or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on customercare@supersmelly.in.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.

Q13: Do you have a refund policy?
